Mid Season: Feb, Mar, May, Jun, Sep	GBP 520.00 pw	USD 985.00 pw
High Season: Apr, Jul, Aug, Oct	GBP 585.00 pw	USD 1100.00 pw
Holidays: (Easter, Christmas & New Year (Dec 18 - Jan 2)	GBP 765.00 pw	USD 1440.00 pw
Pool Heating if required (min 1 week):	GBP 85.00 pw	USD 165.00 pw
Cot, high chair, FREE OF CHARGE - daily maid service, BBQ,	P.O.A	P.O.A

Rental charges start from £465 (GB Pounds) per seven day week, that's about £8.00 per night per person based upon a party of 8 and includes the following:

Electricity (excluding pool heating which is an optional extra)
Water
Cable TV
Bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels)
Local telephone calls
State and local taxes
Discounts for bookings of more than 3 weeks available, please call.
Cleaning charge of GBP 50.00 (USD 83.00) for less than 5 day stays applies.
