The spacious single story accommodation will easily house two average size families and comprises of four bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and formal dining area / family room. The spacious lounge area & master bed has cable TV . The separate laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble drier.
Our South facing, private heated pool is the ideal place to relax or enjoy the hot Florida sunshine. We have a large, raised deck area and is lit at night. The pool is tended weekly.
Cherrywood is open plan, with a breakfast bar separting the longe and dining areas so that guests can stay together. The fully equipped kitchen has a huge oven, US style fridge, microwave, dish washer, waste disposal, and all of the electrical appliances that you would expect. The separate laundry, has a large washer and tumble dryer.
 

 
Two double bedrooms, are spacious and tastfully furnished with lots of storage. The master, has en-suite, and TV. En-suite bathroom to master bed room.

Cherrywood Villa is air conditioned throughout its 1660 square feet of living space.  A huge double garage is provided should you need it.

Everything is provided for your comfort down to alarm clocks, and hair dryers.

Hampton Lakes is a completed community, not a building site.  The silence is blissful.

Cherrywood Villa is only a very short walk from the communal facilities of pool, tennis, volleyball and basket ball together with children's play area.

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and house wares.

The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linens, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc.

We provide a baby high chair, and cot-play pen for your use should you need it.
