Villa Gemgra  was completed in February 2005 and is furnished to an exceptionally high standard.  It has a real home from home feel, and is a great place to relax.  Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

 The spacious single story accommodation will easily house two average size families and comprises of four bedrooms & two bathrooms( 1 King en-suite, 1 queen, en-suite  and two twins) along with a fully fitted kitchen and formal dining area / family room. The spacious lounge area has a cable TV and DVD - VCR system with 5 CD changer HiFi. The separate laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble drier.

A high chair and cot are also provided for infants.

The South East facing, heated pool is the ideal place to relax and cool off after a long day at the parks.

Villa Gemgra is air conditioned throughout its 1426 square feet of living space.  A huge double garage is provided should you need it.

Everything is supplied for your comfort down to alarm clocks, and hair dryers.  Each bed room has its own cable TV, The master has its own DVD player.  The lounge has a 27" TV, with DVD, VCR, & Play Station.  A superb 5 CD changer radio Hi Fi unit is also provided.

Villa Gemgra is only a very short walk from the communal facilities of the club house, designer pool, tennis, volleyball and basket ball together with gym (open 24 hours) TV room, air hockey, and pool.

The fully equipped kitchen is supplied with everything you need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and house wares.

The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linens, towels (not beach towels) etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryers etc.
